Validation institutions and leading scientist
Material purity, specifications, and performance are validated by five independent institutions and a leading scientist across three continents: Prof. Upadrasta Ramamurty (NTU Singapore), IIT Delhi, Lectromec (NASA-certified), Allkema Engineering Srl / ASACERT UK, and NSL Analytical USA. External financial and valuation audit is provided by Deloitte Luxembourg and Ria Grant Thornton. Each party used a published standard and its own instrumentation. GTX did not author the test protocols; the institutions did.
Green hydrogen — Prof. Ramamurty (NTU Singapore) and IIT Delhi
In Prof. Ramamurty's laboratory the RuO₂-coated NP1 mesh was held at 80 °C in 30 wt% KOH for 2000 h continuous operation at 1 A/cm²[1]. Faradaic efficiency stabilised at 94.3 % after an initial 72 h break-in, versus a reference Class-1 cell held at 78.1 %. The same specimen was benchmarked at IIT Delhi using a PEM/AEM comparative protocol; overpotential at 10 mA/cm² fell from 312 mV (reference) to 214 mV[2].

EMI shielding and tensile — IIT Delhi and Lectromec
At IIT Delhi, NP1 wire was characterised for tensile strength and EMI attenuation. Tensile strength was confirmed at 900 MPa in the drawn 0.025 mm specification[3]. EMI attenuation was profiled between 30 MHz and 16 GHz under IEEE 299 and MIL-STD-285 protocols, averaging 70.4 dB. At Lectromec (Virginia), a 200-mesh planar NP1 specimen was subjected to the ASTM D4935-18 dual-TEM cell protocol[4], with Lectromec issuing NAS 907-aligned qualification supporting a 20-year service life.

Aerospace thermal cycling — Prof. Ramamurty (NTU Singapore)
Under Prof. Ramamurty's thermal-cycling regime, NP1 wire braids were cycled from −196 °C to 1000 °C across 500 cycles per ASTM E228, on a Linseis L75 dilatometer[5]. Post-cycle tensile retention measured 92.6 %, versus 77.4 % for the Class-1 reference specimen. The dataset feeds Lectromec's NAS 907 qualification path.
Purity chemistry — NSL Analytical USA
At NSL Analytical (Cleveland, Ohio) NP1 lot samples were analysed to ppm resolution under ISO/IEC 17025 protocols[6]. Purity was confirmed at 99.99 %, in line with the GOST 492 NP1 grade. Per-lot impurity signatures are made available to qualified procurement buyers under NDA.
Reservoir attestation and specification conformance — Allkema Engineering Srl / ASACERT UK
Allkema Engineering Srl (chain-of-custody engineering) and ASACERT UK (UKAS-accredited conformity assessment) jointly attested the physical reservoir at 7,026,904.76 m of NP1 nickel wire at 0.025 mm diameter, and audited specification conformance across the full GTX product range[7]. Lot-level certificates are issued under the same framework for industrial procurement-grade sourcing.
Financial and valuation audit — Deloitte Luxembourg · Ria Grant Thornton
External financial statement audit and reservoir valuation audit are performed by Deloitte Luxembourg (parent-entity scope) and Ria Grant Thornton (valuation review). Most recent sign-off was unqualified[8].
